What Does a Home Inspection Include?
A methodical walk through the accessible areas and major systems of the property, with significant observations documented along the way.

Reading the building, not just listing parts
Most of what matters is visible from the ground if you know what you are looking at — roof edges, flashing, gutters, soffit ventilation and where the water ends up.
I work through the accessible areas methodically and document the observations that actually affect your decision.

Home inspections in BC are visual and non-invasive. Inspection scope is limited to what can be seen and safely reached at the time of the inspection. Specialized concerns may require assessment by a qualified specialist.
